The Donahue Project
i t i s i m p o r t a n t t o k n o w a l l o f t h e f a c t s
The Donahue Project concluded in May 2005 after the final exam. It is no longer being updated.
The Donahue Project was created by over half of Professor Schneider's Winter 2005 Property class at the University of Michigan. It was an attempt to compile the best possible class outline. By drawing on our combined intelligence, we made a study guide that contained the facts, the holding and the principles of every assigned case.
The Donahue Project was created for two purposes: first, as useful preparation for the final and second, as a gift to future generations of students who will use the Donahue casebook.
A caveat: one should think of the Project as one would of any set of class notes. Some parts of the Project may be misleading, or even incorrect. Submissions are welcome by sending a Word document with updates to
.
Any student at Michigan enrolled in a class that makes use of the Donahue textbook who is interested in taking over the hosting of the Project should send an e-mail to
.
Check the "00 - Progress" file for a list of cases added to the Project.
If you use the Donahue Project, please donate $5 to a clean water project. Click here for more information and click here to donate.
